Shipping policy

SHIPPING

Once the package is out of our hands it is out of our control. If your package is damaged upon delivery or if your package has been lost by the carrier, please reach out to your local post office and they will be able to further help you. 

Every customer pays shipping unless you choose to locally pick up your order.

LOCAL PICKUP - you will receive an email with your order is ready for pickup.

Packages must be picked up from Clarabelle and Co, 11009 Holtville Road, Deatsville AL 36022, United States - within 3-5 days after tagged or you will be charged a $7 fee to ship. If you are not able to pickup your package within 3-5 days, contact us and we will be happy to extend the pickup window for you. If you do not reach out to us before the 5th day is over your package WILL be shipped and you will be charged the $7.

 

TURN AROUND TIME

2-4 Weeks for custom items unless stated otherwise. 

Regular, Ready to sell items (items that are not custom) - 1-3 business days
